Join me and Chef Cameron Dunlap at Morchella PDX for a 5-course educational dining experience that will take you from the canopies above to the kelp forests below.

Come for an evening of decadent dishes made by Chef Cameron, known to transform wild and foraged foods into gourmet dishes… with a splash of education about coastal foraging and ocean farming from marine biologist and forager Alanna of Shifting Tides! Alanna and Chef Cameron will talk about sourcing local seafood sustainably, and the techniques of preserving wild harvested goods.
